Christmas Lights Across Canada is back to bring brighten up the dark winter nights. Now considered a national tradition, the Christmas Lights Across Canada event is on a 30-year run with more and more cities across the nation participating in this beautiful ceremony. Come to the opening ceremony at Confederation Park in downtown Ottawa and be mesmerized by thousands of lights illuminating Parliament Hill. From December 4-January 7, between 5:30-11:00 PM a multimedia show is projected onto the Parliament Hill buildings, displaying a 15-minute fairytale, inspired by Canada's natural landscape, climate, and beauty. This event is free and a must-see, don't miss out!
