Winterlude | February 2-19, 2018

TD Ottawa Winter Jazz Festival | February 8 - 10, 2018

If you have a passion for jazz, attend the TD Ottawa Winter Jazz Festival this year where you can watch jazz artists of international acclaim perform, as well as listen to a showcase of Ottawa's best local talent. The Canadian Tulip Festival | May 11 – 21, 2018

Every May, Ottawa erupts in a kaleidoscope of colour, thanks to a bloom of over a million tulips. The bulbs of these flowers were donated by the Netherlands, as a thanks for Canada’s sheltering Dutch Princess Juliana in the 1940s. Today, the tulip bloom is accompanied by live music, fireworks and more.

Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend | May 26 - 27, 2018

Known as Canada's most popular multi-day running event, the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend event has almost 50,000 participants every year. RBC Bluesfest Ottawa | June 21 - July 1, 2018

RBC Bluesfest Ottawa, which kicks off in July of each year, may have started as an all-Blues festival, but now, it’s a pan-genre musical extravaganza. Since its inception in 1994, Bluesfest has hosted the likes of Bob Dylan, Lady Gaga, Great Big Sea, Kanye West, Kiss, the Black Eyed Peas, Carlos Santana and Skrillex. Capital Fair | August 17 - 26, 2018

As one of Ottawa's most popular events and home to Ottawa's largest midway, the annual Capital Fair has something fun for everyone of any age to enjoy. From stunt dogs and daily magic shows to a demolition derby with monster trucks, a petting zoo and English horse shows, this fair attracts thousands of visitors every year. Gatineau Hot Air Balloon Festival | August 30 - September 3, 2018

Visit Canada's largest balloon festival this year where you can take a thrilling ride in a hot air balloon! Watch the junior strong man championship, see lizards, snakes, and scorpions at the Repti-Zone, rock climb and more! This annual event is held a La Bale Park in Gatineau during the summer.
